The largest child-care network in the south of the country was really willing to change its outlook. They invested in a new distribution center, a network of online trainings, Uni Estrela, and it was up to the Grupo Criativo to develop the new store model, aligning architecture, signage and service design with the new brand positioning, which was leaving the traditional name Barriga Verde behind.
We started with the Mascot, Dino, who gained a glitter in his eyes and lively colors to live in his new home. Having done this, creating a sectorized and organized cave with the possibility of easy replication in the franchises was not easy. Several tests with alternative materials and even use of cardboard in the arches, turned the old model into a more profitable point, with a growth of 14% in sales. Add to this redesign of exhibitors, packaging and ambiance with 03 different illustrations.
Marco Pozza and Fabiana Estrela can be proud of having an award-winning project, 1º place in the Illustration category, at the 5th Bornancini Award and a business model with ABF Franchising quality seal.
